LTI, a Veteran Owned Small Business, was incorporated in 2014 but has a rich history, establishing its roots in 1993 as System Pros, Inc., (SPI).  Gene Kasica, owner and President of LTI was previously the managing owner and Vice President of SPI.  During those 21 years, he led major projects at Fortune 500 financial institutions.  LTI's focus service areas include consulting, placement and project/program management.  Mr. Kasica's 30 years of industry experience makes LTI a unique organization with a thorough understanding of our clients businesses and products in order to provide the most qualified candidate to meet their goals.

Ledgestone, however, is more than just a Consulting & Placement firm.  It is also the name of the property, which has a rich history.   The Ledgestone Estate was original purchased  in 1998 as a 145 acre parcel.  It has since expanded to an expansive property of approximately 400 acres located in 3 townships.  It is surrounded by thousands of acres of forest and farm land, owned by city/state and privately held.  Homes were abandoned in the 1800’s from what is still known as Wellswoods and foundations with old town roads still remain.

Mr. Kasica decided to build a Southern Plantation Style Home , with a New England Flair,  at the end of an existing roadway atop the high point of the estate.  With the help of family and friends, Mr. Kasica takes pride in slowly building the home with his own labor over the past several years and continues to do so.
